Narangba Innovation Precinct (East) TLPI No.1 of 2024

• Purpose - To support new and existing high impact industry and existing special industry within the Narangba Innovation Precinct (East) and protect surrounding sensitive land uses from adverse impacts.

• Status - In place for up to 24 months, having effect from 26 July 2024.

• Further information - The TLPI suspends or otherwise affects certain parts of the MBRC Planning Scheme relating to the industry zone in the Narangba Innovation Precinct (East). Narangba East Proposed Future Enterprise and Employment Area TLPI No.1 of 2025

• Purpose - Maintaining and supporting current development and land use rights for landowners. This will be consistent with the rural residential designation of the land. Restricting inconsistent and premature urban development, including subdivision. These could limit orderly development and the future use of parts of the area for enterprise and employment activities. 

• Status - In place for up to 12 months, having effect from 18 June 2025.

Morayfield South Emerging Community Area TLPI 02/2025

• Purpose - To provide an interim planning framework , including an Interim Structure Plan, to enable the Morayfield South Emerging Community Area to develop in an orderly and integrated manner.

• Status - In place for up to 12 months, having effect from 17 September 2025.
